Torque Tuning
Pull out the security button situated at the end of the handle to disengage it Adjust to the required setting by turning the end of the handle until the required value appears on the scales
Engage the security button by pushing it shut. The torque now has been set

Tightening
For the first time using or after long period without using, please turn the torque wrench several times to spread the lubricant throughout the mechanism. Operation by using handle only, do not use extensions .When tightening, pull slowly and steadily until you hear the "click". As soon as you hear and feel the signal stop pulling when the required value is shown on the scale. Torque wrenches are precision tools and are not designed for use in loosening bolts and nuts.

Maintenance and inspection
When storing for long periods, loosen the torque to the lowest setting in order to reduce the tension on the wrench mechanism Do not use solvents which may dissolve the lubricants used inside the mechanism Inspect and check at least twice a year. If used constantly inspect more frequently
